SOME people have Barnsley market in their blood and Ada Whitehead is one of them.
Ada, 79, from Mount Vernon Road, Ward Green, stands the outdoor market every Tuesday and Friday and has done for the past 42 years.
She followed in the footsteps of her mum and and dad who sold fish and chips at the market when she was a girl.
"I'll be on the stall until I'm 99 with a bit of luck."
