A ROYSTON school is celebrating after being named in the top 100 best-performing primaries in the country.
Parkside Academy, on Midland Road, made it into the government’s prestigious list after posting year-on-year improvements in its SATs results for the three years since 2012.
A letter, sent by schools minister Nick Gibb MP, was waiting at the school when they returned from the Christmas holiday to inform them of their momentous achievement.
