A RARE programme for the 1912 FA Cup final between Barnsley and West Bromwich Albion at Crystal Palace is up for auction.

Auctioneer Lockdales, based in Ipswich, has the programme, which was produced by WH Smith, and believe it could fetch as much as £700 when it goes up for grabs on May 16.

The match was played in front of 54,534, but no winner came forth as it finished 0-0.

Auction manager James Sadler said: "The game at Palace may not have produced a winner, but the programmes that remain certainly are real winners. We've never had the like before."
