VANDALS have torn down fences along the Royston canal for the second time this year.
John Clare, secretary of Royston canal club, said the was worried the council would stop replacing it.
He said: "Obviously with all the cuts though they won't keep replacing this time after time.
"What we really need is to catch the people who are doing this.
"Once again it is a mindless few spoiling it for everyone."
