A DISABLED couple are having to a walk hundreds of yards home because they can't find a parking space outside their bungalow.
Malcolm and Glenis Cartwright say their life is being made a misery by people parking outside their home to visit Barnsley Hospital.
They have called on the council to include Redbrook Road in the residents only zone which applies to other streets in the area.
Malcolm, 76 and Glenis, 60 live in a specially adapted Berneslai Homes bungalow due to their disabilities.
MP Dan Jarvis said: "At a time when they should be enjoying their retirement, instead they are constantly having to deal with the considerable stress of not being able to park near their home."
