Sisters win top prizes in cake decorating competition

SISTERS Kathryn and Stephanie Pearce have risen to the occasion to scoop top prizes at a cake decorating show.
The pair walked away with the gold and silver prizes at the Cake International Sugarcraft, Cake Decorating and Baking Show.
Kathryn, 18, of Rose Grove, Wombwell, won a gold place in the student decorated celebration cake category with her Christmas-themed fireplace. Stephanie, 23, won silver with her anniversary cake.
