A WORLD champion darts player is on the judging panel for a special charity event this weekend.
Dennis Priestley will be judging performers at the Coronation Club, Thurnscoe, who are taking part in Stars In Their Eyes tomorrow.
The event is raising money for Weston Park hospital and will see acts perform tributes to the Spice Girls, Amy Winehouse, Stevie Nicks, Shania Twain, Freddie Mercury and more.
Darren Woodward will also be DJing.
The night has been organised by Lily Dorritt,Claire Cadwallander and Jane Gratton.
It starts at 7.30pm. More than 200 tickets have been sold already. Cash prizes from the club are on offer for winners. Tickets are available on the door or call Lily on 07824 668038.
