A WOMBWELL medical centre has been praised after a new online booking system has made it easier for patients to make an appointment.
Councillor Robert Frost said the new EMIS system, which allows patients to book appointments and make repeat prescriptions online, has eased problems with patients not being able to get appointments at the George Street Medical Centre.
Jane Taylor, practice manager at George Street, said the system has had a positive response from patients.
