OFFICERS from South Yorkshire Police appealing for information after a 13-year-old boy was robbed in Barnsley have released a CCTV image of a man they are seeking in connection to the incident.
It is reported that the victim was walking with his bicycle, at the junction of Mottram Street and Eldon Street, when he was approached by a man who demanded he hand the bike over.
The boy refused and the man then pushed the bike into him, causing the victim to fall to the floor - the man then stole the bike and fled down Mottram Street towards Harborough Hill.
The victim was not injured in the incident.
Police want to speak to the man in the image as they believe he may have information that may help them with their enquires.
