THIS little poison bottle fetched a whopping £8,500 at auction - after first being offered on the Gumtree website for free.
The couple who sold it at BBR Auctions in Elsecar also nearly chucked it during a clear-out.
The pretty blue bottle from 1905 is a rare wide-necked four ounce 'wasp waist poison.' It is a miracle it remained intact because of its delicate hourglass shape.
BBR Auctions' Alan Blakeman said: "The seller was in tears of disbelief at the bottle's worth during the auction."
