A MUSIC festival with a message is headed to Darfield.
Wombwell woman Rebecca Hewitt, 19, has organised the Party On the Pitch (POP) festival to be held at Darfield Cricket Club to help raise awareness of Crohn’s and colitis. Rebecca was diagnosed on December 14, 2006.
Proceeds will go to Crohn’s and Colitis UK, Barnsley Hospice and Darfield Cricket Club.
Wristbands for POP, which is set to take place on Easter Monday, March 28, can be bought on the day or in advance if you contact Rebecca on Facebook.
