MUSCLE man Robert Taylor has been named Mr Britain after triumph at the UKBBF bodybuilding national championships.

Rob, owner of the Muscle Unit gym in Carlton, has been training as a body builder since leaving school.

The 27-year-old previously of Royston, who now lives at Monument Drive, Brierley, came first in the north east championships three weeks ago, and won in the British finals on Saturday.

Robert said: "These are the first competitions that I've entered into so I'm really pleased with the results, I can't believe it."

Another member of his gym Chelsea Dyson, 20, from Cawthorne Road, Barugh Green, placed fourth in the bikini category in the competition.

The marketing manager came second in the north east championships three weeks ago.
